Paris Day One AKA--Disneyland!

Yes you read it right, we went to Disneyland Paris--be jealous!
Basically there are two parks and they are very similar to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios in Florida except that it was so much better!  Keep in mind that we were kept up all night by "Poker Face" and it was a bit rainy outside so it didn't look like it would be the best day but we weren't deterred.  We hit up a Starbucks, pulled on our jackets and hit the first park.  Thankfully it was a Tuesday morning and we think that the rain drove some people away because it was not crowded at all!  The parks are much smaller than the parks in Florida, not in that they have less to do but everything is just closer together and its not so spread out so you could easily walk  from one end of the park to the other in about fifteen minutes and the two parks were about a five minute walk from each other so it was great!
The first thing we went on was Tower of Terror which was better than the one in Florida simply because we didn't know the drop pattern (we all know the pattern in Florida)  and because everything was in French so we added in our own dialogue :)  We also only had to wait about fifteen minutes which we though was good until......we got to the Rock'n Roller Coaster and saw that the wait was ten minutes.  Ten minutes!  When have you ever been to Disney and only had to wait ten minutes for that ride (and going after 9:00pm doesn't count because its only short then because everyone is distracted by fireworks)???  Amy had never been on the Rock'n'Roller so we told her that she had to ride in the first car to get the full experience--haha aren't we mean!  Lets just say she won't be forgetting that ride anytime soon.  The only unfortunate thing was that while you were in line they played random songs, not Aerosmith, and there was no giant doughnut :(
We also went to Toy Story Land where everything is gigantic and you feel like a little toy, we rode the army guys parachute ride and the RC Racer ride which reminded me of the Avatar ride at MOA.  We also took pictures with the giant Buzz Lightyear and Rex.  That part was fun because we were acting like a bunch of three year olds and screaming out every time we saw another toy from the movie and I think we liked it better than most of the little kids there.
We also tried to do the Crush Coaster (Finding Nemo) but unfortunately it had technical difficulties so we couldn't go on :(  Other than that we did not do much in the first park as many of the other attractions were tours of the studio or entertainment pieces that we have in Florida (and we are going to Disney Florida in December when we get back) so we didn't feel too bad missing them.

Ok---more on the Magic Kingdom type park later but now I am going to upload some pics for you while I have wi-fi :)
